Q. How do I change my account personal information or shipping address?

Log in to your account → Go to “Account Maintenance” → Edit your Account Information or Shipping Address there.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. A verification token will be sent to your email. Use it to reset and create a new password.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order?

Yes, you may cancel your order only if it is still pending.

Orders that are already in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.
