All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

5. Delivery
We currently offer free shipping within West Malaysia for oven purchases.
Delivery typically takes less than 3 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.
Orders are shipped through third-party couriers. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. A re-delivery fee may apply if the address provided is incorrect.
6. Warranty
Every Beetle Box oven comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or damage from accidents or negligence.
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your order details and proof of purchase.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos and proof of purchase so we can assist you further.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit or business) arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
