  • Orders can be made directly through our official website.
  • All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to payment issues, product unavailability, or incorrect pricing.

3. Product Information

  • Images of our products are for illustration purposes only.
  • Actual colors, appearance, and packaging may vary slightly.
  • We do our best to keep information accurate, but minor variations may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major debit and credit cards, online payment gateways, and other options shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is confirmed. If this happens, you’ll be notified and may choose to proceed or receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

  • We currently offer free shipping within West Malaysia for oven purchases.
  • Delivery typically takes less than 3 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.
  • Orders are shipped through third-party couriers. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
  • Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. A re-delivery fee may apply if the address provided is incorrect.

6. Warranty

  • Every Beetle Box oven comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or damage from accidents or negligence.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your order details and proof of purchase.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos and proof of purchase so we can assist you further.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit or business) arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer protection laws.
